GIN & TONIC
Ingredients
4-6cl GIN GHIS KHAN London Dry Gin
3-5 Ice Cubes
200 ml Tonic Water
Slices of Lemon or Lime
1 Mint Leaf
Preparation
Pour the gin into a highball glass with ice cubes and the lime slices. Then add the mint and fill up with tonic.

PASSION FRUIT GIN MULE
Ingredients
5cl GIN GHIS KHAN London Dry Gin
2cl Lime Juice
1cl Sugar Syrup
1 Passion Fruit
Spicy Ginger Beer
1 Mint Sprig for Garnish
Ice Cubes
Preparation
Put the Gin, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup, the pulp of a half scraped passion fruit and Mint Leafs in a shaker with ice and shake everything vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain the drink through a sieve into a tumbler filled with ice cubes and the pulp of the other half of the passion fruit. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Orange Lady
Ingredients
2cl GIN GHIS KHAN London Dry Gin
2cl Contreau
2cl Lime Juice
Orange Juice
Preparation
Mix Gin, Contreau and Lime Juice well in a shaker with ice. Serve with salt & cumin rim. Use a candied blood orange as garnish.

Lavender Gin Fizz
Ingredients
5cl GIN GHIS KHAN London Dry Gin
2cl Lemon Syrup
4cl Lavender Syrup
Soda to fill up
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well in a shaker with ice. Fill up with soda in a tumbler glass. Use blueberries as decoration.

Fig Gin FIZZ
Ingredients
5cl GIN GHIS KHAN London Dry Gin
2cl Lemon Juice
2cl Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoon Fig Jam
Soda to fill up
Preparation
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker for about 45 seconds and pour into a glass with ice cubes or crushed ice. Decorate with fresh figs.

Cloudy Gimlet
Ingredients
6cl GIN GHIS KHAN London Dry Gin
4cl Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake dry (without ice cubes) for about 45 seconds, so that the protein foam can develop. Then shake with ice cubes for another 20 seconds. Pour through a bar strainer into the glass.
